The Auction
This year, our auction will begin online and end in-person at our Spring Gala. You don't need to attend the Gala to bid on or claim winnings. We have some amazing items this year including hotel stays and vacation homes, local restaurant gift cards, lots of sporting events, fitness opportunities, special experiences with teachers and staff, and even a designated parking spot at school! All of these items have been graciously donated, so 100% of proceeds will go directly to Canyon.
We recommend you immediately look at everything available and set a maximum bid on the items you're interested in. That way, if you get distracted at the Gala, the online system will keep bidding for you in small increments until your maximum bid is reached. Then, if someone outbids you, you have the option to receive a text message and continue bidding if you wish. It's also important to add your credit card into the BetterWorld site. If you bid on something last year, you'll already have an account set up. There is no app to download, just basic billing info.
In the spirit of raising the most money possible for our school, you're also welcome to send our auction link to outside friends and family who may be interested in shopping and supporting our school. More eyes means more money for Canyon!
