These helpful parent volunteers act as liaisons between teachers and the families in their classroom.
Room Parents are not part of Canyon School Booster Club (which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization). All classroom funds collected by room parents are voluntary and optional personal gifts to the teacher for use in the classroom and are accounted for and held completely separately from Canyon School Booster Club funds. As a result, this means that classroom gifts are not tax deductible. If you have any questions, please direct them to the Room Parent Coordinators.
